Stagers recommend pushing the headboard to the far wall so buyers can see the top of the headboard when they enter the room, which makes the room look larger. Buy a new bedding set for use only when the house is being shown. As soon as the showing is over, strip the bed until the next showing so it will remain pristine. As always, de-clutter the room, the closets, the dresser tops and any other furniture….. don’t forget what’s on the window sill!
