Encinitas Home on Cul-de-sac...
It’s the end of January and many home sellers are starting to think about putting their homes on the market…. in the Spring! It’s funny….. but I’ve heard that it is Spring now, at least “Spring” for the real estate market!
The Encinitas housing inventory is increasing as are the pending sales…. and it’s January! Yes, it’s almost February… and we’ll see another increase this coming month. One home that will be on the market this “Spring” is a lovely one story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace, patio, RV parking and cul-de-sac location, which has been updated and will be ready for that special buyer…. asking price will be determined shortly.
