I found an interesting article by Barbara Corcoran on MSNBC that explains away 5 myths each for buyers and sellers in this real estate market of 2009. Note that she states San Diego real estate market has already begun to turn around. I truly believe we are seeing a change in the market with more buyers and investors actually purchasing real estate.
