You can upgrade instead of remodel!

There are many different ways to spruce up your home…. to sell or just to enjoy yourself.  Below is a list of fast upgrades that make a big differece!

• Appliances:   Replace with energy efficient and for an impact, with Stainless Steel. If you don’t need major appliances, change out the smaller ones on the counter tops and remember to de-cluttered the kitchen.
• Cabinets:   Paint, replace hinges, add knobs, roll-out trays…all easy, fast and minor changes.
• Counter Tops:   If you can’t replace with granite slabs or natural stone, try replacing the sink and faucet. Get in there with some elbow grease and make the grout sparkle.
• Lighting:   Remove the light boxes and replace with canned lights. Under-counter lights have a nice look as well. Don’t forget to change the outlet plugs and plates.
• Paint:   Bright kitchens look larger.
• Blinds:   Keep them dust free (and blinds work better in a kitchen than drapes).
