Take off those magnets and scour those surfaces.
Kitchen. Ditch the magnets on the refrigerator and any of your kid’s artwork, your bills or calendars. The counter surfaces must be appliance-free, but don’t clear them off completely. Add a few decorative touches, like flowers or a fruit bowl, to soften the room. I can provide items for staging. The 99cent store is great place to pickup inexpensive staging items. Just a little color makes a big difference. A quick, and cheap, way to update a kitchen is with new cabinet hardware which we referred to in Tip Seven for bathrooms as well.
