How many bedrooms do you have? Can one be an office?
Office. Deciding whether to stage a room as a bedroom or as an office can be tough. If you have more than three bedrooms, it makes sense to stage one room as an office. If you have a smaller place but are catering to the childless crowd, then you might also want to stage one of the bedrooms as an office. Again, avoid clutter and make sure all your personal documents are elsewhere for security as well as aesthetic reasons.
