If your school spent more money per student, were the scores higher on state tests?
Some districts achieve higher test results than others, almost regardless of the money spent. Both gaps are explained by a wide range of challenges, from terrain to income disparities to security costs.
Poway’s per pupil spending is $7216 per student with a 91% test score percentile vs. Julian with $16,301 per student and a 27% test score percentile.
