New California law enables landlords to ban smoking in apartments! Did you know that more than 86% of Californians don't smoke? Healthier choices are now available for mutli-family renters to avoid secondhand smoke and for landlords to reduce the risk of fires and other expenses associated with smoking. The new law goes into effect on January 1, 2012!
